Refund Policy – Firewalking, training and other events
When you book a seat for one of our events, you are purchasing the equivalent of a show ticket. Therefore, you can use the ticket yourself or, if you are unable to attend, you can give your ticket to a suitable substitute with our prior written consent. Due to the nature of our events, it is important that you obtain our consent and that we check the suitability of the proposed substitute in advance. Regardless of whether that person actually attends, your seat will be considered used. In exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion, we may offer you a (one-time) rebooking to the next comparable event. No refunds will be given for events for which no additional date is planned. If you do not attend a paid event and do not arrange with us in advance for someone else to attend in your place, the seat will be considered used and no refund will be given.
Delivery of purchased tickets and events
Tickets will be delivered within 72 business hours after receipt of payment via email confirmation.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity.
